About the Event
Please join Heard in Rye for a presentation and discussion with Caitlin Meister, a Harvard Graduate School of Education-trained expert and founder of the Greer Meister Group, an NYC-based private tutoring and educational consulting practice.
This workshop will provide a deep dive into Caitlin's strengths-based approach to navigating the hidden dynamics of kids’ executive functioning skills, their growing independence, parents' mental load, and the profound impact it all has on families. Through interactive discussion, real-life scenarios that families can relate to, and strategies that parents can readily apply that very same day, this workshop provides parents who are struggling with feelings of overwhelm in the face of the immense responsibilities of parenting (so basically everyone) with low-lift, high-impact, science-backed strategies that benefit parents and kids, give our kids more independence in a way that's sustainable for the whole family, and improve family dynamics.
