OUR MISSION
Heard in Rye is a speakers’ bureau with a very specific mission - to educate our community on the issues most relevant to parenting today.
Heard in Rye was founded in 2000 to provide learning opportunities and support for adults. The first flyer states that the events were for attendees from all communities, united in the efforts to learn how to positively influence the next generation. The events were designed to share the ups and downs of raising children - with camaraderie and humor.
Today, we continue to bring distinguished experts in parenting and education for speaker events in Rye and neighboring towns.
We could not do any of this without the support of our outstanding team and our generous sponsors.
This is truly a community wide effort.
