Directions to Rye High School Performing Arts Center and Rye Middle School Multipurpose Room, 1 & 3 Parsons Street, Rye

From the Boston Post Road (Route 1) Heading North:  

Go through traffic light at Osborn Road/Oakland Beach Avenue and continue around curve, through next light, staying in right lane. Continue past the football stadium at Rye High School to corner and make a right turn onto Parsons Street.

From Ridge Street/Purchase Street Heading Toward Downtown Rye:                                                     

Pass cemetery and go through blinking light intersection, bearing left onto Purchase Street. Continue under the railroad bridge and through town, staying to the right past the Village Green on your right, past an apartment building and three churches on your left, to Parsons Street. Turn left onto Parsons Street and right into either driveway on your right.

From 95 North or South:                                     

Take the Rye/Playland exit, 19, following ramp onto Playland Parkway. Take Playland Parkway to Milton Road, the first light. Make a left onto Milton Road, continuing past the back of Rye High School, turning left onto Parsons Street. Make a left turn into either parking lot.

From 287:                                                         

287 East to Exit 11. At top of exit ramp, turn right onto Route 1 South (Boston Post Road). Continue past Shell Station and CVS, staying in right lane. Citibank will be directly ahead at traffic light. Bear right so Citibank is to your left and continue to Parsons Street. Turn left onto Parsons Street. The first driveway/parking lot is the Rye Middle School entrance; the second driveway/parking lot is the Rye High School Performing Arts Center entrance.

Directions to Rye Neck High School, 300 Hornidge Road, Mamaroneck

From Route 1 (Boston Post Road) Heading South:    

You will pass the Rye Golf Club, Marshlands Conversancy, and John Jay Estate on your left. As you enter Mamaroneck, there is a Commerce Bank on your left and a Getty Service Station on your right. The street immediately after the service station is Hornidge Road, which is a dead end. Turn right onto Hornidge and continue on road to parking lot. Rye Neck High School is on your right.

From Route 1 (Boston Post Road) Heading North:   

Take the Post Road past Mamaroneck High School, past Harbor Island, across Mamaroneck Avenue, and continue straight. After you pass Applebee’s on your left, begin to get into the left lane. Pass CVS on your left and continue just past Mangones on your right to Hornridge Road, just past Vincent’s Motel on your left. Turn left onto Hornidge Road continuing along this dead-end street to parking lot and high school on your right.

From Route 287(East):                                       

Take Route 287 East to Exit 11 (Rye -US 1) Make right at end of exit onto Route 1 South. Stay to your right, on Route 1, past Village Green. Citibank will be to your left. Continue for approximately 3 miles into Mamaroneck. When you see Commerce Bank on your left, prepare to turn right immediately after the Getty service station on your right onto Hornidge Road, a dead end. Follow it to parking lot and school on your right.

From Hutchinson River Parkway (North or South):   

Take Hutchinson River Parkway to Exit 23S Follow Mamaroneck Avenue You will pass under I-95 overpass At first light (after overpass) make left. Go to Stop sign, make left. Go to next stop sign; make right onto N. Barry Avenue. Follow N. Barry Avenue to 2nd traffic light. Make left onto Boston Post Road. Follow for about a half-mile, through two traffic lights. Turn left between Vincent’s Motel and a Getty Service Station onto Hornidge Road, a dead end. Parking lot and school are to the right.

From 95 Heading South:                                        

Take 95 South to Exit 18. Take second right turn, turning right for Mamaroneck Avenue exit - make right at end of ramp going under overpass. At first light (after overpass) make left turn. Go to stop sign, make left. Go to next stop sign at N. Barry Avenue and turn right onto N. Barry Avenue. Follow N. Barry Avenue to 2nd traffic light. Make left onto Route 1, Boston Post Road. Follow for about a half-mile, going through 2 traffic lights. First street on left (between Vincent’s Motel and a Getty service station) is Hornidge Road. Turn left onto Hornidge Road(dead end). School is on the right.

From 95 Heading North:                                     

Take 95 North through the Larchmont/New Rochelle toll booth. Take 2nd exit after toll, Fenimore Road. At bottom of exit make right onto Fenimore Road. Follow to the end and make a left onto Boston Post Road. Follow for about 1 mile going through 4 traffic lights. Turn left between Vincent’s Motel and a Getty Station onto Hornidge Road, a dead end. Parking lot and school are on your right.

Directions to Rye Country Day School, Cedar Street, Rye

From (Route 1) the Boston Post Road Heading North: Take Route 1 past Rye High School, bearing right at traffic light, up hill. Continue through traffic light by CVS/Shell station, over the highway bridge. Prepare to turn left onto Cedar Street. From Cedar, turn right onto Grandview Avenue to parking lot on the right.

From (Route 1) the Boston Post Road Heading South:

Go through downtown Port Chester, turning onto Route 1 (Boston Post Road) South. Continue past the Kohl’s shopping center on your left, getting in right lane after turn-off for 287. Continue past the RCDS playing fields to the next traffic light and turn right onto Cedar Street. Make the next right onto Grandview Avenue. Parking lot is on the right.

From 287 Heading East:                                    

Take the Cross Westchester Expressway (I-287) to Exit 11. Bear right at end of exit ramp onto Boston Post Road (Route 1). Continue past the RCDS playing fields to the next traffic light and turn right onto Cedar Street. Make the next right onto Grandview Avenue. Parking lot is on the right.

From The South Via The Hutchinson River Parkway:

Hutch North to Exit 26 (I-287 east, Port Chester, Rye).  Bear left after first traffic light, enter I-287 East. Take I-287 to Exit 11, Rye. Bear right at end of exit ramp onto Boston Post Road (Route 1). Continue past the playing fields and turn right onto Cedar Street. Make next right onto Grandview Avenue. Parking lot is on the right.

From The South Via New England Thruway (I-95):

Proceed to Exit 20 (Rye/Route 1 South). At end of exit ramp turn right onto Route 1 (Boston Post Road). Continue to the second light; turn right onto Purdy Avenue. Continue to the next light; turn right onto Purchase Street. Continue to the next light and turn right onto Cedar Street. Continue up hill to Grandview Avenue; turn left onto Grandview Avenue. Parking lot is on the right.

From The North New England Thruway (I-95) to Exit 21 (marked White Plains, I-287, Port Chester, Rye):   

Bear right toward Midland Avenue. At the end of exit ramp, turn left onto Midland Avenue. Continue to the first light and turn right onto Peck Avenue. Continue to the end of Peck Avenue at light, and turn right onto Boston Post Road (Route 1). Turn left at the first light onto Cedar Street. Take the first right onto Grandview Avenue. Parking lot is on the right.

Directions to Blind Brook High School, 840 King Street, Rye Brook

From Route 1 (Boston Post Road) Heading North:

Route 1 becomes S. Main Street in Port Chester. Take S. Main Street to King Street (NY 120A) and turn left onto King Street.

From Route 1 (Boston Post Road) Heading South:  

Take West Putnam Avenue (U.S. 1) to Hillside Avenue S, crossing into New York Turn slight left onto Putnam Avenue. Turn right onto N. Main Street (U.S. 1). Turn right onto Adee Street. Turn right onto King Streeet/NY-120A to school.

From 287 Heading East:                                    

Take 287 to Exit 9 North, toward CT & Merritt Parkway on the Hutchinson River Parkway. Take Exit 30, King Street off the Hutchinson River Parkway. At the top of the ramp make a right onto King Street and continue until the first turn after the traffic light. Make a right turn into the entrance of Blind Brook High School/Blind Brook Middle School.

From the North:                                                

Take the Merritt Parkway South to Exit 27, King Street. At the end of the exit ramp bear left onto King Street and continue until the first turn after the traffic light. Make a right turn into the school’s entrance.

From the South:                                                

Take the Hutchinson River Parkway North. Take Exit 30, King Street. At the top of the ramp, turn right onto King Street and continue unto the first turn after the traffic light. Turn right into the school’s entrance.
